Marine shackles have different shapes and sizes, refer to different functions and joining forms. Different shackles have different usage, foe example, Kenter shackles are used to connect the stud links anchor chains, the joining shackles are used to connect the studless link chains.
Shackles are produced through forging, heat treatment and machining, galvanization.
